From the perspective of improving capital efficiency, Obayashi sets invested capital for each business in line with the growth of the construction business and related Group businesses, sets the necessary amount of equity after examing the capital structure of each business, and execute flexible shareholder returns.
Regarding annual dividends, the Company's policy is to pay dividends based on a "dividend on equity ratio (DOE) of around 5%," maintaining long-term stable dividends as the prioirty.
